Warranty

At MADU we offer a 1 year warranty due to the high quality of the materials we use and the great work behind it.

During this one-year warranty period, you may return your piece for repair or cleaning if necessary. This does not include damage caused by misuse, attempted repairs by third parties, modifications, wear and tear and natural aging of jewelry, or failure to follow care instructions.

In this case, please send an email to our customer service department at info@madujoyeria.com to schedule a jewelry cleaning appointment or ask us questions.
You can bring it to the studio or mail it to have it repolished and cleaned.

Exchanges and Returns

The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling. The product must be returned without any signs of use or modification.

If a product does not meet these conditions at the time of its return, it will not be refunded and the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Please provide your order or invoice number. *Custom or personalized items will not be available for returns or exchanges.

To make returns or exchanges, please send an email to our customer service email address at info@madujoyeria.com Please include your order number and indicate the reason for the return or exchange. Once we receive your request, you must send the product to the following address: Calle Manzanares 9.

The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, unless the purchased products are defective. Once the item is received and verified to be in good condition, the refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.
